ISTANBUL OTTOMAN TOUR
(HALF DAY)

This half day tour will be full of the magnificence of the Ottoman Empire. Visit exquisite Topkapi Palace and the inspirational Sulemaniye Mosque.

Visiting ST. Sophia, Sultanahmet Imperial Mosque, Blue Mosque, the Ancient Hippodrome, Turkish and Islamic Arts Museum, the Grand Bazaar, Topkapi Palace and the inspirational Sulemaniye Mosque. Lunch is included.

This tour begins with a visit to the Egyptian Spice Bazaar, the Bosphorus Boat tour, a traditional excursion by boat along the waterway separating Europe and Asia. From the boat you will see many wonderful sights, including the magnificent Rumeli Fortress.

Beylerbeyi Palace, the summer residence of Ottoman Sultans. Çamlica Hill, the highest point in Istanbul, from here you can admire the magnificent panorama of Istanbul. Bedesten exhibits the traditional silk carpet weaving.

A combination of the Bophorous boat trip and the two continents tour. Lunch will be included in this full day tour.

Cruise the Marmaris to the Princes' Islands. These Islands, originally retreats for the Byzantine Pinces,are famous for their beautiful pine woods and beaches.

Departure by private boat from the Golden Horn and cruise the Bosphorus to the Princes' Islands. Have lunch at a wonderful fish restaurant. Cruise back to Istanbul in the evening.

Visit Chora Church with it's amazing detailed frescoes, then see Eyüp Mosque, the holiest mosque in Istanbul., Finally visit the Pierre Lotti Cafe, where the author wrote many of his poems about the area.

Visit this beautiful first capital of the Ottoman Empire. See the Grand Mosque, Green Mosque and the Green Türbe. Eat a Bursa specialty, Iskender Kebab and then visit the city's Silk and Covered Bazaars. Finally ride the cable car up beautiful Uludað (Olympos) Mountain to se the beautiful panoramic view of the city.

Get an early start and visit first the ancient city of Troy, famous for the Trojan war fought for the beautiful Helen and also for the Trojan horse which finally brought down the city. Next take the ferry across the Dardanelles to Gallipoli, sight of the famous WWI battle of Anzacs. Late evening return.
